Oh no very bad experience with the delivery service..yesterday i order lunch..the food don't after 2 hours was cold and incomplete..I call back ....they never answered..the worst plece to ordered food to delivery 😬😬

This restaurant gives amazing service and enjoyable meals. One of my favourite places in the city. The food served rapidly and the rates are inexpensive. Will definitely recommend this spot.

I go to this unique place once a month as I enjoy the good air that is characterizes this place. The crew is extremely cordial and qualified. The service is remarkablywonderfully rapid. Needless to say, the food you get is outstanding. I ate there often and I was always satisfied. The rate is decent. I recommend this place to my friends and family.

If you don't speak Spanish they ignore you and take the Spanish speaking customers first. It sucks because I actually love the place. Waited 30 minutes just to find out that my order was already ready and was just sitting there. Very agitating.

Stopped by and had two orders of mini empanadas and chicharon, I had three empty minis for some reason, put the food was still good, I'm sure it was a once in a while mistake.

First of all i am so glad i made a reservation,i was seated right away. The hostes , the waitress and even the bus boy were very nice.The food is incredible and large portions. They are a lot of variety to choose from also .Great experience all the time .

My wife and I went there for lunch today, each had a salad. I had the Beef(churrasco- flank steak)salad and my wife had the grilled chicken salad. The Beef was cooked to perfection and my wife’s chicken was well seasoned. The waitress was attentive and service was fast. Definitely go back soon.

Went today 6/19 at about 5 to Englewood location. Food and service was fine , but it was windy so paper napkins were flying away . I suggest bringing your own silver wear in a zip loc and a rock to hold down your napkins. Don't like the idea having to eat w/a plastic forks if you are paying $$ . Also, they need to fence the eating area outside because had a couple of people too close asking for money . You want to enjoy your meal. Not be bothered with random strangers coming up to you .

I ordered breads and pork from the bakery section. I was charged for $48 for 4 arepas with cheese, 6 pan de bonos, and 6 donut shaped breads. They definitely overcharged me. Best check your order before leaving. It's busy and there are multiple people working and not always communicating perfectly.

Can't wait till this whole incident is over this place has the place to go everything on the menu is great

Food is good but the waitress and “manager” was very rude. As soon as I walked in I knew there was going to be an issue from mistakes in our order when we said no onions to other service problems to billing issues it was a mess and I’m usually very outgoing and understanding but they were just rude. Will not eat here again there are plenty of other places Colombian in NJ I can live without this one due to service.

Huge portions and affordable yet super delicious! Drinks are great especially the Passion Fruit Margarita Pitchers! They are super friendly, great service, and very attentive from the moment you walk in! I'll definitely be going back soon!

First over all, I was really blown away by how beautiful the interior of the restaurant was. Second, the people were so friendly and courteous. And finally, the food was AMAZING! Everthing from the appetizer to the dessert and coffee was perfection.

From the moment you arrive in this restaurant the waiters give you a pleasant feeling. Very courteous hosts, it is a friendly place to to go out with your friends or with your date. very good cooking, experienced chef, reasonable cost and excellent service. Highly recommended.

I went there yesterday and horrible customer service just horrible! Since it’s COVID season there is dine outside and I went inside to be seated. No one greeted us and I asked a guy a question and he just walked pass me as if we were invisible. We stood inside about 10 min to be seated and no one came to us. So then we found a table and seated ourselves, that’s when they finally came to us and said there is people waiting for this table and I said oh now you greet us because you need this table. So we up and left. I will never return to this location! The one in south Hackensack and Belleville has way better customer service then these arrogant people.

Most of the workers couldn't speak English, well at least the ones that were helping me to make my order. I had Paella. It didn't have any lobster in it, just shrimp, calamari and octopus. It wasn't what I expected eating a paella.

Love it. Food was on point. Appetizers were delicious but entrees are big so don't order too many. Love the fact that each plate has a picture on the menu. Sangria was excellent and the staff is 1A.

If u want appetizer after your main course or want to be ignored by large staff cause their to busy talking to each other instead of taking care of customer this is your place

Very nice and spacious Colombian restaurant. The ambience was great, the service was pleasant and corteous. They have tables for all party sizes. Live music performance. The food was delicious. The natural juices set you back a bit at $5 each and we ordered 8 because we were a large group. The food itself wasn't expensive averaging $15 per plate but trust me, it's a lot of food.
